We offer traditional 3 axis CNC milling as well as high speed 5 axis simultaneous milling, allowing us to produce some of the most complex parts in the industry. Our high precision components are used by some of the worlds largest manufacturing and technology companies who demand fine tolerances and perfect finish.

We have the milling capacity to handle anything from 1 off prototype work upto batch production into the 1000's.

Our machining centres are from the Hurco and Brother range of machine tools and offer great flexibility with 5 axis and pallet loading capability:

VMC's with Travels upto: X,Y,Z mm 1270x508x508 10k spindle

5 Axis VMC's with Travels upto: X,Y,Z mm 762x508x520 12k spindle

VMC twin pallet's with 3 sec pallet change and 1.6s chip to chip tool change 16k spindle

This means we are well equipped to handle simple and complex projects efficiently and cost effectively with high quality results.
